You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Bottles, lids and accessories
The item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Apparel
Apparel can be returned within 30 days if unworn.
What cannot be returned
Bottles with a custom logo and gift cards cannot be returned.

To cancel a pre-order, email info@gobagear.com before it ships.
How to start a return
Email info@gobagear.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take more time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@gobagear.com.
